How Jackie is Making a Difference…

“I get to do such an exciting variety of things in my role as Advising and Recruitment Specialist in the College of Education at SDSU. Whether it’s recruiting a prospective student, advising a current student, or helping facilitate a college event like commencement- my goal is always to listen and, to the best of my ability,  give each person the individual support they need to achieve academic success. My hope is that students I have positively impacted will pay it forward and continue to encourage and support those who they advise, educate or mentor.”
